Return procedure

Return time
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the product(s) received.
Return costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product(s).

In the event that a product received is defective or non-compliant, you must inform customer service (boutique.rg@fft.fr) so that it can send you a free return form allowing you to return the product to us.


Shipment of your return package
To make a return request, please log into your customer area and click on "My Returns" to declare your return. There you will find the return form to be printed, completed and attached to your return package.

You must send us the product(s) within 14 days by joining to your package :
- the return form specifying your order number,
- the delivery slip that was in the package we sent you.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return package of the product(s).

In the event that the product(s) received is/are defective and/or non-compliant, you can contact customer service by email (at the email address: boutique.rg@fft.fr) so that it can send you a free return form allowing you to return the defective and/or non-compliant product(s).


Conditions of acceptance of the return :
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be taken back.
Refund will be made within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date on which you informed us of the return of the product. The refund may be deferred until the product is recovered by the FFT or until you provide us with proof of shipment of the product, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made to the credit card used for the transaction. It is not possible to refund by transfer to another credit card.
The time it takes to transfer to your account may vary depending on the bank. Returns that have not been made by downloading a return voucher from the "Returns" section in your customer area (when you are logged in to the store), will be subject to a longer processing and refund.
It is not possible to exchange a product ordered online. We invite you to return the product ordered and to make a new order.
Return procedure for a purchase made in the store on the Roland-Garros stadium:

The return procedure described above applies only to products purchased on the online store.

For purchases made in a physical store present on the Roland-Garros stadium, you must :
- Send a return request to the following email address: boutiquerolandgarros@fft.fr, enclosing proof of payment (sales receipt, bank statement) with your request.


You have a period of 30 days from the date of purchase in the store to return the product to us, at the following address:

Standard shipping in France and abroad is free from 80 €/80£/80$ in your cart.

IMPORTANT: for shipments outside the European Union, the customer must pay the customs fees and local taxes to retrieve his package.

There are 2 types of standard and express delivery.

The prices of these delivery modes adjusts depending on your country of dispatch and the composition of your basket. You can simulate the price of your delivery using our module shipping charges on the cart page.

Customer has to pay returns charges.

Upon receipt of the package, if the item does not suit you you can go to the site in the space MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURN and complete the return form. Then it will print it and attach it to your package. The package must be returned at your expense to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the package, if the product conforms to the sale then you will be refunded.

If the product is faulty, we invite you to contact the customer service (store.rg@fft.fr) in order to obtain a free return voucher.

To obtain an exchange, we invite you to return the item and place a new order. Once we receive your product we will proceed its refund.

You have a delay of 14 days to return your product to the receipt of the item to your shipping address.
