Return process

Limit to return:
The limit to return an item is 14 days after the reception of your order at your shipping address.

Return fees:
Return fees are at the customers expenses.

Return fees are only refunded if the returned items are faulty. In order to get a refund, you must make a request to the customer service ( to obtain a free return voucher before sending your parcel.

Shipping your return package:
In order to return an item, you must log in your customer account area, notify your return and download the return voucher. Don't forget to mention the number of your order.

Acceptance conditions of returns:
The item (s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition together with the delivery note and the completed return voucher.

Customer has to pay returns charges.

Upon receipt of the package, if the item does not suit you you can go to the site in the space MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURN and complete the return form. Then it will print it and attach it to your package. The package must be returned at your expense to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the package, if the product conforms to the sale then you will be refunded.

If the product is faulty, we invite you to contact the customer service ( in order to obtain a free return voucher.

To obtain an exchange, we invite you to return the item and place a new order. Once we receive your product we will proceed its refund.
