How does it work?

Choose items from the Click & Collect category and place your order online.

We will confirm and notify you when your order is ready by sending a QR code.

Once you receive the email with your QR code, head to the concierge area within 2 hours to collect your order.

🛍️ How does Roland-Garros Click & Collect work?

Select your favorite items from our dedicated Click & Collect category on the online store.
Add them using the “Click & Collect” button, visible on the product page and during the delivery selection step at checkout.
Complete your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
Your order is prepared within 2 hours, during stadium opening hours.
When your order is placed in a secure locker at Roland-Garros, you will immediately receive an email with a QR code.
You have 2 hours to pick it up on-site with your QR code. After this period, the order will be canceled.
Once your parcel is collected, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
⏰ The service is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Sunday, only during the tournament and if you have a valid Roland-Garros ticket.
