How does it work?

Select your items from the Click & Collect category and purchase your order online.

We will notify you when your order is ready by sending a QR code.

Visit the Click & Collect point within 2 hours, scan your QR code to open the locker and collect your order.

🛍️ How does On-site Pickup work?

Select your items from our Click & Collect category on the online store.
Add them using the “On-site Pickup” button, visible on the product page and during the delivery step at checkout.
Complete your order and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Your order will be prepared within 2 hours.
Once it's placed in a secure locker at Roland-Garros, you'll receive an email with a QR code.
You have 2 hours to pick up your order on-site using the QR code. After that time, the order will be cancelled.
After collecting your package, you’ll receive a final confirmation email.

⏰ This service is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Sunday, only during the tournament and for ticket holders of Roland-Garros.
